Do you take reservations? (Large Parties)
While we do not take reservations, our property has ample seating. If you have a large party size, we recommend members from your party arrive early to put your name on our list. Please note, we do not combine tables but will seat your party together at adjacent tables.
Does the yuca share a fryer with the fish and other proteins?
No, both our french fries and our yuca have their own dedicated fryers! Please note, we are not able to cook yuca and french fries any other way, as they must be fried.
When do you offer live music?
We offer live music every Thursday - Sunday!

Are your fish bites dairy-free?
Our fish bites are not dairy free. We soak them in buttermilk before the breading and frying process.
Am I allowed to smoke outside?
We have a dedicated smoking area at our Tampa location, and we currently do not allow smoking at our Clermont location.
My company is interested in hosting an event at Salt Shack. Can you please let me know your event options?
Thank you for considering Salt Shack to host your event! Unfortunately, we do not offer reserved event space at either of our locations, but we wish you the best of luck in your search!
Do you allow dogs at the restaurant?
Yes, we allow pups on our outdoor patio areas!
Do you have any gluten-free options?
Yes, our Grilled Gulf Shrimp is gluten-free! We also offer some menu item modifications to accommodate our GF guests, such as replacing the flour tortillas with green leaf, and pan-searing certain proteins in olive oil.
What type of oil is in your fryers?
All of our fryers use vegetable oil, but we offer a pan-sear option with olive oil for certain menu items. Please be sure to make your server aware of any allergies.
What hours are you open?
We are open every Sunday through Thursday, 11:00am to 10:00pm, and Fridays & Saturdays from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Where can I buy merchandise and gift cards? Do you guys offer online ordering and shipping?
Our gift cards and merchandise can be purchased on-site at either of our Salt Shack locations. We do not offer online ordering or shipping at this time.
Do you guys sell whole Key Lime pies?
Yes, we do sell whole pies! Please note, whole pies are still charged by the slice, and our pies come pre-cut with 8 slices.
What are some dairy-free options you have?
We ask that you please inform your server of any allergies you or anyone in your party may have. While some of our proteins and additional menu items contain dairy, we offer pan-seared proteins and other modifications to avoid cross-contamination.
Is there a kids menu?
Yes, we do have a kid's menu. Please see below:

All orders are served with either a side of fruit or a side of fries.
Do you have any non-alcoholic beverages?
Yes, we offer Hienekin 0.0, and can make several ‘mocktails’, like a virgin mojito, virgin pina colada and virgin daquiri.
Do you have a happy hour?
While we do not offer a happy hour, we do have delicious food, craft cocktails, and gorgeous views at all hours!
Is the Tampa Salt Shack location handicap accessible?
The Salt Shack Tampa location is handicap accessible. There are handicap parking spots and a ramp up to the front host stand.
What are you Holiday hours for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years?
We will be open Christmas Eve from 11:00am to 8:00pm, closed on Christmas Day, and will be open during normal business hours on New Year's Day.
