For Those In Need Of a Tropical Getaway

The Mai Tai is one of the most famous Tiki drinks in the world, so there was no debate about including it on our menu! We make it with Appleton Estate rum, De Kuyper triple sec, orgeat syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice and pineapple juice, and topped with Myers’ dark rum.
With a similar, but more fruity taste, our Bahama Mama is also made with Myers’ dark rum, De Kuyper banana liqueur, Malibu coconut rum, Captain Morgan white rum, pineapple juice, freshly squeezed orange juice, a splash of grenadine, and Sprite.
For a classic option, what’s a tropical getaway without a margarita? We make ours with Lunazul tequila, triple sec, and our own special margarita blend, topped with an orange and lime wedge.

Another mouthwatering classic that we’ve made our own is our Daiquiri. We like ours frozen and make it with fresh lime juice, Bacardi lime rum, and your choice of mango or strawberry flavors.
One of our most popular drinks is the Shack Piña Colada, and for good reason! We make ours with real coconut cream, pineapple, pineapple juice, a top-secret ingredient, and Captain Morgan white rum. But that’s not all – it’s garnished with toasted coconut and finished with either a Captain Morgan spiced rum or Myers’ dark rum floater.

For strawberry fans, the Strawberry Mojito is the way to go. We make ours with Bacardi lime rum, fresh mint, lime wedges, and strawberries, and top it all off with a splash of sparkling soda. Talk about deliciously refreshing!
An underrated favorite that is a great pick-me-up and complement to our fresh-caught seafood dishes is our Harbor-Side Orange Crush. It is served on the rocks and made with fresh squeezed orange juice, Grey Goose vodka, Dekuyper triple sec, and finished with a splash of Sprite.
